While B is out there in the pouring rain enjoying DC with her future roommate, I'm at home thinking about the next few years, and the beginning of our lives. Most people will eventually have to deal with this thought, but for me, it's now.
I am leaving home permanently. Ok granted, I'll be back for holidays and summers, but unless I am an utter failure at life, I probably won't be living back at home. No more comforting words from my mother, annoying lectures from my father, summer shows with my sister, and cute cuddles from my dog.
Hopefully i'll create a new family at school, but until then, I can only miss the one I have.
